Responsibilities:
Execute on business plans and contribute to the establishment of the vision and strategic plan, including portfolio strategy, for the C-arm products with the goal of increasing global market share.Execute new product launches with the extended cross-functional teams, including service support as well as the installed base offering.Leverage technical and clinical expertise to drive product and solutions roadmaps, and plan for emerging technologies. Actively engage with key opinion leaders and integrate customer insights into product development.Define and drive phase in/out actions for the product portfolio including all the activities along the business’ value chain.Drive continuous improvement by removing inefficiencies, applying Lean principles, and leading a problem-solving culture.Improve customer loyalty and the net promoter score by leveraging market dynamics, competitive analysis and regulatory knowledge.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field10+ years experience in product marketing, product management / development, or engineering fieldsPrior experience in a leadership role with direct in product development and sales, and proven ability to work effectively within a matrix organization (including marketing and operations)Proven ability to work globallyExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrong analytical and process skillsProven track record of managing external partnershipsPreferred Qualifications:
