Title:
Executive Level AssistantKBR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Level Assistant/Coordinator to support senior DoD leadership. This role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating travel, and planning industry engagements and large-scale events for VIPs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily schedule and long-term calendars per contractual requirements.Arrange detailed travel plans, and coordinate with various agencies and executive assistants.Plan and execute large events and meetings for VIPs, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.Review and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and staff actions.Provide timely and accurate advice and support to senior leadership on a broad spectrum of subjects.Serve as the point of contact for administrative functions in the office.KBR office functions such as employee support, supply ordering, visitor arrangements, badge and parking issuance, etc.Qualifications:
Required:
U.S. citizenship is required.Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.Proven experience in an Executive assistant or Public Affairs role, preferably within a government or military setting.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in using the Defense Travel System (DTS) is preferred.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Experience in planning and coordinating large events for high-profile individuals.Desired:
Occasional travel may be required.This position may be eligible for some telework.Work Environment:

Basic Compensation:
$115,000 - $135,000
This range is for Colorado only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
