• Supplier & Order Management:o Procure electrical equipment from domestic and import suppliers.o Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers to ensure the best outcomes.o Obtain and review Order Acknowledgments (OA) from vendors.• Material Planning & Monitoring:o Track MRP, PR status, and PO creation for stock items.o Provide detailed updates on material availability to production planning, product management, and other stakeholders.o Monitor critical and missing parts to ensure timely availability for production.• Process & System Management:o Ensure the effective use of the SETU tool for GRN processing.o Monitor web cycles and digitally signed invoices from domestic vendors.o Track advance payments to vendors and coordinate with accounting for reconciliation.• Risk Management & Supplier Performance:o Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.o Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, and initiate corrective actions when required.o Collaborate with quality management teams to process return goods and ensure credit receipt.• Cross-Functional Collaboration:o Work closely with engineering, production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to align procurement with project requirements.o Prioritize expedites and pushouts in coordination with shippers, logistics partners, and customs.• Continuous Improvement & Market Analysis:o Utilize procurement tools and systems to enhance efficiency.o Analyze market trends, evaluate suppliers, and explore cost-saving opportunities.o Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness.o Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in electronic product procurement.Qualifications : B.E. in Electrical or ETC• Should have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or material management with a technical background.Skills:• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.• Strong understanding of MRP, PR, PO processes, and supplier management.• Familiarity with procurement tools and systems.• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross
