Essential functions
Co-ordination with various agencies & acquire the documentation for Imports & ExportsHandle Export / Import licenses including preparation, verification, and registration to ensure meeting the license requirements.Apply for simplified customs procedures.Control relevant data for customs and customs value declarations.Involved in customs & freight matters including freight bill negotiation & verification.Responsible in reviewing of freight rates (existing/new) on regular basis.Handling shipments issues e.g. Damaged Shipments, Filing of claims, duty refund etc.Responsible for effective communication with customers as well as order management & order fulfillment.Maintenance of Import / Export documents & records.Co-ordination and documentation for Special Economic Zone Imports & ExportsEspecially responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfactionExpedites all critical orders, schedules on all customer ordersChecking all Clearing, Transportation & freight invoicesProviding the Sea/Air freight quotes, Transport quotes & delivery period to ContractPlan activities related to international shipments.Duty Draw Back Claim documentations preparation, verificationEC application documentations preparation, verificationRe-Export Bond Cancellation documentations preparation, verificationLost In Hold Equipments Certificate documentations preparation, verificationDamage Beyond Repaired Certificate documentations preparation, verificationWork closely with the appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents for most accurate and preferred quotes and destinations.Responsible for effective communication.Maintain the route/matrix as directed by the Manager.Create and maintain Inbound/Outbound shipping reports.Any other duties, as assigned by Manager.Co-ordination with Transporter for arranging vehicle for local & domestics movements, most accurate and preferred quotes.Draft letters and documents for regulatory approval processesMonitor and update material lists based on regulatory approvalsOversee customs formalities and arrange freight logisticsExecute import/export and freight arrangements according to shipping termsReview shipping documents such as Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, and AWBProcess and verify invoices related to logistics activitiesPrepare documentation for Country of Origin Certificate (COC) issuanceMaintain and reconcile material lists with master records.Ability to work with minimal supervisionTeam-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational capacity and time management capabilitiesHigh-level communication and customer service skillsAnalytical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindsetStrong multitasking abilities to track processesQualifications
Any graduate or equivalent, preferable 5+ years of experience, at least 3 years in Oil & Gas industry
