\n\nWelcome Executive Guests to the Lounge and assist them efficiently with enquiries\nPrepare set ups for tables \nEnsure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nExecute tasks as instructed by the Executive Lounge Supervisor or Manager\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nStrive to achieve departmental targets\nEnsure cleanliness of work areas\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nComply with local licensing laws\nBe environmentally aware\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n\nPrevious Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector\nCalm, efficient and organised\nExcellent personal presentation and communication skills\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nPrevious experience in Executive Lounge in a hotel environment\nPrevious Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector\n\n\nAbout Conrad St James
