James\. **What will I be doing?** + Welcome Executive Guests to the Lounge and assist them efficiently with enquiries + Prepare set ups for tables + Ensure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards + Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner + Execute tasks as instructed by the Executive Lounge Supervisor or Manager + Ensure compliance of brand standards + Strive to achieve departmental targets + Ensure cleanliness of work areas + Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation + Comply with local licensing laws + Be environmentally aware **What are we looking for?** + Previous Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector + Calm, efficient and organised + Excellent personal presentation and communication skills + A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: + Previous experience in Executive Lounge in a hotel environment + Previous Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector **About Conrad St James** Conrad Hotels & Resorts combines contemporary design, sophisticated amenities, and personalised service to provide exceptional travel experiences all over the world\.
