Responsibilities
The Executive Meeting Coordinator supports the Sales Team by managing sales leads, ensuring timely responses, and performing clerical tasks. Responsibilities include assembling event information, preparing sales files, and assisting in sales-related activities to drive guest room and food & beverage revenue. This role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction, fostering positive relationships, and participating in community engagement to meet sales goals.
Key responsibilities include booking group accommodations (up to 15 rooms on peak), handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage and hotel salesPresent a professional appearance and confidenceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong negotiation skills and contract interpretation.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hospitality CRM systems (e.g., Delphi, Daylight, or Marriott CI/TY)Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferredKnowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processesCommitment to customer service and adherence to brand standardsPositive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits
