Position Summary
*** This position follows a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite and two remote days per week in Woonsocket, RI***
The Executive Meeting Management and Support, Senior Analyst assists the Sr. Manager with the management of the Board of Directors-related functions for the public corporation and other special projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Assist the Sr. Manager as well as the SVP and Corporate Secretary and the Assistant Corporate Secretary with the management of all Board related events, as scheduled by the Chair of the Board and President and CEO, including meeting material, minutes, agendas, presentations, logistics, etc.
-Maintains attendance tracking database and CVS Health Corporation minute books.
-Requires periodic travel by car and plane
-Collaborates with the Sr. Manager, SVP, Corporate Secretary, and the Vice President on improving business processes and recommends ways to improve efficiencies.
-Participates in special projects, as assigned.
In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:
-PC proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
-Independent reasoning ability and problem solving
-Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and computer skills.
-Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and tactfully both verbally and in writing.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Must maintain information in strict confidence.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with high level executives (Officers, Directors, SVPs, VPs, etc.)
3+ years project management experience
3+ years of MS office application experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
Legal corporate background preferred.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of related experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
