Job Description
The Executive Office Support Specialist will report to the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO and serve as the administrative support for all EAs. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in both fast-paced and slow environments. This role requires excellent time management and punctuality, as it involves supporting high-level executives.

The work environment is professional and fast-paced, requiring the use of various office technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite. Employees should be prepared to work beyond standard business hours when necessary. The role demands a high level of professionalism, particularly when interacting with high-level executives.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00
