Executive Office Support Specialist
Job Title: Executive Office Support SpecialistJob Description The Executive Office Support Specialist will report to the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO and serve as the administrative support for all EAs. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in both fast-paced and slow environments. This role requires excellent time management and punctuality, as it involves supporting high-level executives. Responsibilities + Provide shipping and receiving support to internal customers upon request + Utilize strong skills in Microsoft Outlook to manage communications and scheduling + Adjust to varying work pace, handling both busy and slow periods effectively + Maintain punctuality and excellent time management + Support high-level executives with administrative tasks Essential Skills + 2+ years of administrative experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook + Excellent communication skills + Professional presentation + Experience in receptionist and customer service roles + Front desk management + Clerical and filing skills + Supply management Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in financial services is beneficial + Extremely professional demeanor + Willingness to work later hours when needed beyond the typical 8-5 schedule Work Environment The work environment is professional and fast-paced, requiring the use of various office technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite. Employees should be prepared to work beyond standard business hours when necessary. The role demands a high level of professionalism, particularly when interacting with high-level executives.
