We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a small, family-owned manufacturing company. This is a new role that requires a proactive and organized individual to manage the CEO's calendar, correspondence, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
*Hybrid Schedule* This role will require on-site presence in Sunset Park area of Brooklyn, 2-3 days per week.
ResponsibilitiesManage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Maintain and update itineraries for internal meetings.Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.Prepare or assist with meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes.Follow up on action items resulting from meetings.Prepare correspondence to internal team members and external clients/vendors as needed and directed.Keep the CEO organized by proactively managing tasks and projects.Handle personal assistance tasksEssential Skills5+ years of administrative/executive assistance experience.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (i.e. pivot tables, vlookups, filtering functions). Bachelors degree is preferred, but not requiredExperience with calendar management, administrative support, and executive-level support.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
