Our client, a growing PE firm with a focus on media and sports, is seeking their first administrative professional. This is a diverse role with EA/PA and Office Manager duties. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday in their Financial District office in Manhattan. This is a great opportunity to add value and help build systems as they grow!

Responsibilities:

Manage Outlook calendars, schedule appointments and virtual meetingsCommunicate with investors; schedule calls, liaise on email and schedule restaurant reservationsBook domestic and international travel arrangements (cars, flights, hotels) while being mindful of preferencesTrack and manage expenses, complete expense reports for reimbursementHandle personal tasks as needed including leisure travel arrangements, liaising with vendors for home and scheduling dr's appointmentsOrder office supplies, communicate with the building management and assist with technology needs

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of administrative experiencePrevious PA/EA experienceA team player attitude, strong attention to detail and proactive approach to work

Compensation/Benefits:
