Position Summary: As the Executive Assistant to our Managing Director, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. You'll proactively manage daily calendars and schedules, ensuring that every detail is accounted for. Your organisational skills will be your greatest asset as you navigate complex schedules and coordinate various administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:
+ Act as the confidential and personal Executive PA to the Managing Director, delivering high-level secretarial services that include organising meetings, minute-taking, and drafting correspondence.
+ Be the vital 'front of house' contact, skilfully managing calls, documents, and ensuring efficient communication among stakeholders.
+ Keep the Managing Director’s inbox organised by highlighting urgent emails and actions, helping streamline decision-making.
+ Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare documents in various formats, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in every detail.
+ Play a key role in preparing Board papers and support major events, all while demonstrating the highest standards of customer service and responsiveness.
+ Proactively identify opportunities for administrative improvements, ensuring an efficient and effective office environment.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
+ You possess exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth office operations.
+ You have a proven track record as a PA/EA at the Director or Senior Manager level, and your experience equips you to manage multiple stakeholders effortlessly.
+ Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, allows you to create polished presentations and reports.
+ You understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity, always handling sensitive information with discretion.
+ Your strong communication skills make you approachable and reliable, ensuring you connect effectively with both internal and external clients.
