WEEI-FM is seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Producer.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Operating of radio broadcasting console during a live/local show in addition to possible satellite and syndicated programmingMonitoring of on-air content for content, quality and timelinessCoordinating commercial orders and execution with the help of sales and traffic departmentsBooking and coordinating guestsCreating talk-show contentEditing and recording sports and news related soundWriting of news/sports updatesAssisting on-air talent in various ways during live situations and during post-productionSocial media posting and promotionKeeping of show logsPossible on-air contributions in a supporting rolePossible on-location sound acquisition and producing
Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
Knowledge of operating radio consoles and editing software is a mustKnowledge and interest in Boston sports is also keyA humble approach and a willingness to adapt will serve you well in this positionGood wit and sense of humor is a plus, along with willingness to not take oneself too seriouslyKnowledge of music also a plusKnowledge of WEEI history is another bonus, along with familiarity with Boston and New EnglandA valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
