Nations Roof is a nationwide provider of commercial roofing services headquartered in Mobile, AL. We operate out of 30+ locations and have completed re-roofing and service and repair projects in 49 states in the past year. Nations Roof focuses on providing best-in-class customer service to local and national real estate owners across all types of commercial properties.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

As the Executive Recruiter, you'll take charge of the entire Executive Recruiting Process, from initial strategy discussions to final placement across various regions in the United States addressing all hiring needs within the organization. Your role will also involve consulting with business leaders throughout the company and implementing effective hiring strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with leadership and acting as a brand ambassador for our company will be key components of your position.

 

Collaborate with HR team members and key stakeholders across various business areas to align candidate sourcing with targeted positions.Prescreen candidates by reviewing resumes and credentials to ensure they meet the required skills, experience, and knowledge.Source candidates for select roles through diverse digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts.Maintain accurate, organized documentation on all candidates and search tools within the applicant tracking system.Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and manage special projects.Provide a high-touch, differentiated candidate experience.Handle sensitive and confidential candidate searches with discretion.Utilize diverse sourcing and networking strategies to attract both active and passive talent.Ensure searches are conducted with a focus on diversity and inclusion.Coordinate with Management and Onboarding team for a seamless onboarding process.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in executive recruiting, either in-house or with a retained search firm.Proven experience with executive search protocols for VP, SVP, C-Suite, and confidential roles.Knowledge of search protocols for mid-level management, support and entry level roles. Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, and proactive approach.Ability to manage multiple high-level executive searches simultaneously with successful outcomes.Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees from field employees to senior executive leaders.Ability to adapt recruiting engagements to changing deadlines and priorities.Experience in corporate recruiting or a retained search firm environment.Demonstrated ability to build and nurture candidate pipelines for active and passive searches.Strong consultation skills with the ability to influence.Ability to use market trends and intelligence to influence the recruiting process.Deep understanding of executive compensation, non-compete implications, and negotiating compensation.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

Recruiting experience in the construction industry and/or similar services industries.
