ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for senior-level and executive roles.Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Build and maintain a strong network of executive talent across the foodservice and related industries.Manage relationships with external search firms and recruitment partners when necessary.Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, compensation, and best practices in executive recruitment.Uphold Golden State Foods' values and commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities
