In this role, the executive recruiter will provide candidate research, lead generation, initial interviews, and client submittals as part of an in-house executive recruitment team that supports all divisions and business functions. Operating out of a major hub location, this opportunity offers exposure to core elements and players of the Abbott enterprise, and serves as a brand ambassador attracting top talent. It is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on candidate experience and business performance. Individuals should have years of direct responsibility for contacting, cultivating and submitting passive candidates.
