Overview
This is a remote role. Due to this role supporting Texas and the West Coast, they must reside in one of these states: Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas
We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our team. This position is responsible for completing the full cycle recruitment and compliance processes for leadership openings according to the company’s policies and procedures. As a part of this team, you will be solely responsible for reviewing all resumes and screening all applicants for all open positions within your assigned area/territory.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 7 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting managing 10-25 healthcare leadership openings preferablyA proven track record of being a top performer in a metrics driven environmentProficient in recruiting technology (i.e., Boolean searches) and tools (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, texting software)Strong cold calling and networking experienceStrong ability to build relationships with senior leadersKnowledge of employment laws and regulations
