This position is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of executive-level positions throughout the Store Support Center. In partnership with the HR Business Partner, recommends and implements recruiting strategies for the Store Support Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)Location: Brentwood, TN | If not local to the area, relocation would be required. (Relocation assistance would be provided)
Hybrid: Hybrid is defined as typically 2-3 days/week in the office.
Participates in the full recruitment activities including candidate identification sourcing and interviewing, marketing and advertising, reporting, and maintaining executive searches. Utilizes executive recruiting procurement methods to generate qualified executive candidates for current and future opportunities. Identifies potential executive candidates through direct and indirect sourcing, online job postings, executive programs and events, networking, Internet, social media, referrals and professional associations across the country. Develops and maintains detailed reports for Executive Recruitment function to review the status of all executive recruitment efforts tracking both placements and retention. Works cross-functionally with recruitment teams, human resources, and total rewards to continually improve the sourcing, recruiting, and placement of executive candidates through continuous process improvement. Reviews, evaluates, and presents executive candidates along with completed screening summary of potential candidates. Issues and monitors leadership assessments utilized through the recruitment process, including explaining process and purpose to both candidates and hiring managers. Leads and coordinates activities for various executive recruitment projects, including analysis of vendor performance and cost per hire per various channels Monitors executive search firm usage, spend, and compares to annual budget projections Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills especially when identifying organizations and communities in which to source executive talent. Highly experienced subject matter expert role with either deep specialization or comprehensive knowledge within a discipline which crosses multiple areas of specialization and the ability to work across the Enterprise. Applies in-depth and specialized expertise and/or a significant breadth of expertise in own professional discipline and other related disciplines, demonstrating a high level of business acumen across Support Tractor Supply diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing and executing on recruitment strategies and best practices. Leverages external networks, professional organizations, available tools or resources, and market demographics to identify and pipeline a broad range of diverse external talent. Utilizes labor market data to inform on talent availability and recommended sourcing strategies for hiring managers. Ability to develop, negotiate and close complex hiring deals with detailed knowledge of executive compensation components.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience with 1-2 years of executive level sourcing and recruitment experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resourcces or related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: SPHR/PHR - Preferred
