How will you make an impact in this role?

The incumbent will be responsible for managing Digital Acquisition for India Market. The position is accountable to effectively manage the third-party employee who are focused on onboarding the prospects digitally.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Lead a team of 10 -15 third party Customer Care Professionals managing digital acquisition for India market.

Ø Responsible for delivery of all Colleague, Customer and Shareholder metrics.

Ø Lead, coach and develop third party Team Members.

Ø   Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners across the Network.

Ø Ensure effective third-party governance is in place and maintained on an ongoing basis.

Ø Develop strong interfaces with Operations to understand and contribute to Card approval process and deliver through partnership with New Accounts a high-end customer experience 

Ø Ensuring highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targets

Minimum Qualifications

Ø customer-focused and result-oriented and possess strong relationship and networking skills.

Ø Good command over communication and ability to leverage relationships across various stakeholders to drive results

Ø Good Thought Leadership for driving broad level strategies.

Ø Strategic and Analytical focus.

Preferred Qualifications

Ø   People leading experience preferred

Ø Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Ø Operating autonomously and making complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure

Ø Should not be on counseling at the time of applying.
