Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the administrative support industry, located in Albany, New York. The role of Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants will play a critical role in assisting various entities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and providing all aspects of administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle incoming phone calls from a variety of internal and external customers
• Accurately process incoming faxes, emails, and external mails
• Responsible for data entry tasks and analysis of the data collected
• Undertake special assignments as and when required
• Execute routine administrative functions as specifically directed
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform duties related to Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint applications
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a well-organized work approach, ensuring detail orientation in all tasks.
Requirements • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner
• Capable of managing email correspondence efficiently
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members
• Proficiency in check processing and other financial tasks
• Experience in performing clerical duties with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with C-Suite level interactions and support
• Ability to distribute faxes and manage other office equipment
• Proficiency in data entry, with the ability to enter and manage complex databases
• Ability to handle external customer interactions with detail orientation and courtesy
• Strong written communication skills for drafting and editing correspondence
• Experience in SharePoint administration is desirable
• Capable of handling special assignments and projects as needed
