This is a contingent position based upon contract award KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Executive Server to join our team supporting a government client with locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. In this role you will be responsible for serving meals hosted my key customers for VIPs. Key Responsibilities: + During food service, you will accommodate all guests and will be responsible for replenishing food, providing and refilling beverages, and removing dirty dishes from tables. + Provide detailed information about the menu when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies) + Ensure linens, silverware and glasses are properly set up. + Provide excellent customer service to guests. + You will ensure the enjoyment of those being served, being attentive to their needs while respecting their privacy. Qualifications Required: + Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a poly upon request + High School Diploma required + More than five years of experience as an Executive Server working with executives, senior personnel and dignitaries in fine dining scenarios. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong attention to detail. Desired: + Food safety training. Basic Compensation: $26,400 - $39,500 This range is for the Maryland area only The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
