**Unit Description**
**Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment** has an exciting opporutnity for an **Executive Sous Chef** to support the team at the new **Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the Philadelphia International Airport.** We are looking for a Chef with prior culinary supervisory/leadership skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. Sodexo will be operating and managing this exclusive, luxury airport lounge. The lounge will offer top-tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings to its elite guests. The position reports to the Food and Beverage Director.
**The successful candidate will:**
+ be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;
+ supervision of large-scale batch cooking;
+ ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
+ have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
+ ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
+ have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
