THE JOB:
The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen team and operations. They help lead the team to achieve business goals, manage recipes, inventory, and supplies, oversee staff performance, scheduling, and training, and execute plans from the food and beverage leadership. Additionally, they ensure the kitchen meet standards and that customers have a great dining experience, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant production.At least 2 years of culinary management experience.Knowledge of fast casual, quick service.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to be flexible with schedulingUnderstands budgeting and cost control.Skilled in culinary techniques and creating menus.Exceptional communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Has a willingness to actively engage in the development and growth of others.Takes pride in their work and is self- motivated.Enjoys working with a team to promote a collaborative environment.THE PERKS & BENEFITS:

The typical pay range for this role is:

$57,700.00 - $96,200.00Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
