About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist supporting the Head of CSBB Compliance. This role will support day to day execution, communication and efficiency enablement of Head of CSBB Compliance.
In this role, you will:
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, meeting/agenda planning, coordinating offsite meetings, and tracking deliverables.
Perform calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions.
Ad-hoc project support
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement.
Manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations.
Experience writing and editing internal communications, including corporate and executive level communications.
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
Experience with Workday, SAP Concur, and AIMS
Administrative support experience in banking or financial services
Knowledge and understanding of Consumer Businesses in banking or financial services.
