Purpose:
The Senior Executive Assistant plays an integral role at Athene by providing administrative support for executive leaders!
Accountabilities:
+ Perform various duties for a group of Senior Executives including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, maintaining contacts and distribution lists, and sending/receiving/processing mail.
+ Serve as point-of-contact on behalf of covered professionals for a variety of constituents, including professionals of Athene as well as key contacts at other companies.
+ Serve as primary point of contact for ensuring access to office, arranging parking for new hires, maintaining and ordering supplies for the office, performing general printer/fax maintenance.
+ Exercise good judgment and discretion in identifying and safeguarding all matters of a confidential and highly critical nature.
+ Screen incoming calls and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and off-sites, including all related logistics
+ Allocate and process expenses for professionals using Concur system
+ Author documents on follow-up issues or correspondence to ensure that respective audiences are aware of current activities, updates, deadlines or information specific to their requests or projects/tasks.
+ Utilize an array of Microsoft applications to organize and maintain data, create presentations, and perform related miscellaneous projects.
+ Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & work experience preferred.
+ 3+ years of progressive executive support in a corporate environment experience is required, preferably in the finance services industry.
+ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Concur and Salesforce a plus.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize opposing demands and work effectively on initiatives concurrently.
+ Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities – demonstrating a positive attitude with ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
+ Exemplary interpersonal skills vital to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Role requires proven poise and tact.
+ Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
+ Solid understanding of office administrative procedures and operating standard office equipment.
$66,577.60 - $99,866.40 USD Annual
Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
