The Executive Talent Researcher is a strategic partner responsible for identifying, mapping, and engaging top executive-level talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role focuses on market intelligence, talent mapping, and building executive pipelines to drive business growth. The Executive Talent Researcher will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, senior leadership, Organizational Development, and People Strategists to ensure Omnicell attracts and retains high-caliber leadership talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Talent Mapping:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify executive talent pools and create detailed talent maps for critical leadership roles. Develop comprehensive profiles of prospective candidates, including background, experience, skills, and potential cultural fit.Strategic Talent Intelligence:
Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to understand leadership structures within industry competitors and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders regarding talent market conditions and availability.Candidate Engagement and Pipeline Development:
Build and nurture relationships with executive-level candidates to develop long-term talent pipelines. Engage passive executive talent through personalized outreach and maintain regular communication to ensure strong candidate experiences.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers, Talent Partners, and senior executives to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring strategies. Participate in executive search strategy sessions and provide talent insights to drive decision-making.Diversity and Inclusion:
Ensure executive pipelines are diverse and align with the company's commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging. Identify and recommend initiatives to attract and retain diverse leadership talent.Data and Reporting:
Track and report on executive talent pipeline health, market intelligence, and search progress. Present talent mapping reports and market insights to senior leadership on a regular basis.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in executive search, talent intelligence, or recruiting research, preferably within a corporate environment or executive search firm. Proven track record in talent mapping, market research, and engaging passive executive candidates. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS platforms, and market intelligence software.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the healthcare, technology, or manufacturing sectors. Familiarity with executive assessment tools and leadership evaluation frameworks.Advanced knowledge of talent analytics and data visualization tools.
