This role will be responsible for leading our Platform Services practice and the digital transformation initiatives with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital innovation, healthcare, and leadership, good understanding of GenAI, and a proven track record of driving successful digital transformation projects. We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, where compared to a top-tier consulting firm, you will have the opportunity to not just consult but also see impact from the transformative work that we do. **Responsibilities** + **Platform Services Management:** Drive growth and own the P&L for Platform Services practice. + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and Digital transformation strategy that aligns with clients’ goals and objectives. Lead the digital transformation journey, ensuring the integration of innovative technologies and processes. + **Innovation and Technology:** Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry. Identify opportunities for innovation and leverage cutting-edge technologies to improve healthcare outcomes. + **Collaboration and Partnership:** Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, technology partners (Adobe, Salesforce, Veeva). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and ensure seamless integration. + **Change Management:** Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives across the organization. Develop and implement training programs to enhance digital literacy and capabilities among staff. + **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Utilize data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. + **Financial Management:** Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation projects. Ensure cost-effective implementation of digital initiatives while maximizing return on investment. **Qualifications** + **Education:** Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field. + **Experience:** Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital transformation, Pharma, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role. + **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + **Technical Expertise:** Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Veeva), and tools relevant to the healthcare industry. Experience with data analytics, AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies. + **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + **Collaboration:** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. + **Change Management:** Experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation. + **Patient Focus:** Commitment to improving patient care and outcomes through digital innovation. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with leading consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, BCG, in digital transformation and healthcare. + Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale digital transformation projects in the healthcare sector. + Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
