Descrição da postagem Marine Hull Claims Executive AON's team in Brazil is expanding and we are looking for someone who will have direct interaction with national and international customers, alignment with P&I legal offices abroad. If you have experience with marine insurance and P&I and advanced english, this is an excellent career opportunity for you! This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from our office in São Paulo 3 times in a week. Provide strategic support for claims for clients in the following segments: Marine, Port Operator, Oil Risk and P&I; Support the relationship team, focusing on customer governance and the conduct and settlement of claims; Identify and anticipate customer needs, seeking alternative solutions to the problem; Excellent negotiation skills, customer portfolio management and relationships within the insurance market; Assistance in the analysis of claims notification, customer guidance, search for solutions to a wide range of problems, seeking creative forms and means of results; Analyze insurer requests to verify/confirm relevance; Provide support to the relationship and new client areas, participating in calls and meetings with clients; Inclusion and maintenance of data in Aon's claims management systems. Work proactively to resolve potential problems as quickly as possible. Contact with internal teams, clients, insurers and specialists appointed by the insurer to ensure prompt settlement and payment of claims Ensure compliance with possible agreed SLAs, deploying all provided resources effectively (technical and system resources, other teams, liaising with service providers, regulators, customers, insurers) Always seek incremental increase in productivity without compromising quality. Share acquired knowledge with colleagues Willingness to take on other activities that may arise and are considered appropriate. Skills and experience that will lead to success Complete higher education; Mandatory advanced english; Previous experience with marine insurance and P&I.
