What You Will Do:
Guide is seeking an Exercise and Emergency Management Subject Matter Expert, the person in this role will provide all required support to design, develop, conduct, and evaluate stakeholder exercises in accordance with HSEEP guidance. These exercises will include both discussion- and operations-based events, as determined by stakeholder needs and CISA priorities. Exercise development, execution, and evaluation tasks typically include, but are not limited to:
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor’s degreeFIVE (5) or more years of experience related to Exercise Development or Exercise Design or Program Management or Analytical Support and/or Emergency ManagementWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
Master’s Degree Preferred Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) certificationUnderstanding of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)Strong written and verbal communication skillsDeep understanding of HSEEP Framework
