Key Responsibilities: + Conduct comprehensive Optimal Health Assessments to develop individualized exercise plans tailored to each client’s needs. + Provide expert guidance on exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management to promote holistic wellness. + Monitor client progress, implementing necessary modifications to ensure programs remain effective, safe, and engaging. + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled health professionals to deliver integrated, high-quality care. + Educate clients on the benefits of long-term healthy lifestyle habits and the importance of physical activity. + Maintain detailed, confidential records to track client progress and celebrate milestones. + Administer exercise stress tests and analyze results to refine and enhance training programs. + Actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives—your insights and expertise are valued. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or a related discipline. + A minimum of one year of experience in exercise physiology or a comparable role. + CPR/First Aid/AED certification (as safety is our top priority). + Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) certification required. + Additional certifications, such as NSCA Certified Special Population Specialist (CSPS) or Health Coaching Certification, are highly desirable. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage clients. + Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple client programs efficiently. + A commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and upholding the highest professional standards.
