Native Hawaiian Veterans, LLC (NHV) is a tribally-owned business; an Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (UDBE); and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that provides services, solutions, and products in the areas of Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Information Technology, Communication Equipment, Professional Staff Augmentation, Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) Remediation, and Strategic Communications/Creative Services.

Responsibilities

Expertise in the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).

· Familiarity with Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP).

· Proficiency in Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) and Army Training Information Management System (ARTIMS).

· Knowledge in Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.

· Understanding of Multi-Domain Operations.

· Ability to take exercises from the concept phase to the planning stage and deliver senior-level briefings on the concept of operations.

· Must be capable of independent planning and decision-making with minimal supervision.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of a Command and General Staff College or similar training institution.

· Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.

· Bachelor’s Degree (6 years of experience may be substituted if not holding a Bachelor's degree)

· Master’s Degree preferred (can be substituted by Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience or 12 years of overall experience)

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in planning and executing Component or Joint Exercise Programs.

· 8+ years of experience at the brigade level or higher is preferred.

· Experience in managing and supporting exercise budgets with multiple funding streams.

· Graduate of the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or a comparable institution.

· Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

· Active Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Over 10 years of experience, ideally with a focus on high-visibility or mission-critical program aspects.

· Experience in overseeing and managing less senior staff or being responsible for an entire project team.
