Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Exhibitions and demo tours manager (f/m) based in Marignane, France.

Your challenges:You will contribute to the following main activities:
Capture and implement the overall coms and businesses strategy to deliver exhibitions reaching all objectives (having managerial skills to help building a strong and long term partnership with numerous internal and external stakeholders)
Influencing the evolution of exhibitions management in line with Innovation and sustainability priorities, keeping in mind safety as a first priority.
Sharing skills and expertise with coms colleagues as well as newcomers in the team.
Initiating and following up project involving internal and external stakeholders and ensuring delivery onsite, managing external supplier teams,
Defining the themes and contents of the Airshows and Conferences with corporate functions, involved teams and communication experts,
Implementing and challenging the Airbus standards (innovative solutions, outsourcing),
Maintaining and developing good relationships with airshow organisers and external conferences to properly position Airbus,
Providing functions services with necessary information flow,
Negotiating optimum conditions for Airbus by selecting appropriate locations and services in collaboration with procurement.
Deliver an integrated events strategy that supports Airbus's overall business objectives.
Develop a range of creative and cost-effective tools, resources and platforms that combine the best of events & exhibition techniques.
Provide guidelines and policies in all aspects of events, exhibitions and protocol at Airbus
This role will involve travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
Experience in events and communication (organisation of exhibitions, conferences, etc.),
Experience in project and stakeholders management,
Project Management skills, strategic vision
Strong analytical and organizational skills,
Flexibility and adaptability to changing environment / projects,
Ability to host, deal with high profile,
Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit,
Language skills: negotiation level in English, another language (French, German or Spanish would be a plus).
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
