Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute company events and exhibits, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, customer events, educational workshops, and sales demos from inception to post-event analysis.

Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, financial tracking, budgeting, vendor and contractor management, transportation, accommodations, on-site support, shipping schedules, booth structure design, production, installation, and dismantling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product management, external vendors, operations, communication managers, and applications specialists to deliver high-quality events and exhibits that meet overall strategic marketing and sales goals.

Develop annual budgets and events calendar with Marketing and Marketing Communications teams to ensure successful execution.

Continually evaluate, identify, and implement best practices into all aspects of event planning, execution, and review.

Develop and manage event budgets, reviewing all costs and spending connected with approved programs.

Monitor all phases of events to assure quality and adherence to strategic objectives.

Set and meet event deadlines, manage graphic design production, coordinate shipping schedules, and oversee the distribution of promotional items and digital content.

Manage outside agencies, contractors, and vendors in the design and execution of exhibits and the implementation of all equipment inventory and shipment for events and sales demos.

Serve as the primary contact with Exhibition or Show Management.

Travel up to 35% as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in planning and implementing trade shows, events, and exhibits, preferably within the medical technology or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events and exhibits.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft applications.

Ability and willingness to travel with notice, up to 35% of the time.

Desired Characteristics

Over 7 years of exhibit-related experience.

Experience in medical exhibit planning and developing strategic marketing and communication plans.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $85,680.00-$128,520.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
