We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to support the operations of our service department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between clients, technicians, and the service team, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Serve as the first point of contact for service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain service-related documentation, including repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Assist in tracking service work progress, ensuring timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with parts and service advisors to ensure all necessary components and tools are available for scheduled work.
• Process payments, warranty claims, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update service records in dealership management systems.
• Support the service manager with daily operations and special projects as needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury or exotic automotive brands is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
