Customer Experience Professional

As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in shaping our customer experience initiatives. Your expertise in\ncustomer service, problem-solving, and relationship management will be\ninstrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

You\nwill report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and work out of our Muncie\nIn location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on enhancing customer satisfaction,\ndriving loyalty, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, resolve\nissues, and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Provide exceptional customer service\nand support to ensure customer satisfaction
•   Identify customer needs and\nproactively address them to enhance the customer experience
•   Resolve customer issues and\ncomplaints in a timely and effective manner
•   Collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to improve processes and systems that impact the customer experience
•   Collect and analyze customer feedback\nto identify trends and areas for improvement
•   Develop and maintain strong\nrelationships with key customers and stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

•   1+ years of experience in customer service or\na related field
•   1+ years of Knowledge of CRM systems and customer\nservice software
