The Purpose of the Role

Possess a good understanding of principal of electrical, electronic & instrumentationResponsible for day-to-day activities in related to the production KPIsResponsible to achieve the daily production target as per AOPDrive performance to achieve On-time deliveryProactive technical issue preventionUse Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and softwareEnsures adhering to Honeywell SOPs.Record, analyze, and report production data.Must have Basic understanding of assembly process and able to perform it with some supervisionMust have to Work independently to work instructions and priority list with some supervisionSAP knowledge is a must have.Retrieve and action work instructions from SharePoint/Teamcenter and Technical PublicationsInterpret work scope from customer PosMust have Performed in visual and mechanical checks on units to determine the extent of malfunction, damage, or wear.Disassemble, repair, overhaul, modify, and assemble per the manuals, written, or verbal instructionsMust Participate in continuous improvement activities.

 

You must haveHigh Diploma in Electrical, electronic or instrumentation with 0-2 year work experience production, assembly, or operational activities.Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.Preferably knowledgeable about instrumentationsSelf-starting, able to work with a minimum of supervisionWilling to develop extensive product knowledge in formal training, and in “on the job” environments, working with latest Honeywell technologyTeam player that can share best practice & supervise others.The ability to work under pressureA strong commitment to safety and a safe working environmentWE VALUEAnalyze, incorporate and apply new information and conceptsComplete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilitiesFocus on important information and identify key detailsTroubleshooting skills.Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterityCreative thinking and idea generation.
