As a Quality Engineering Technician here at\nHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of\nproduct quality and compliance with industry benchmarks. You will work closely\nwith the Quality Engineering team to support quality control processes and\ndrive continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to our\nQuality Engineer, and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez MX2M location.

In this role, you will impact the overall product quality by conducting\ninspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance with specifications\nand standards. You will also assist/support the Quality Engineer by providing\nproduction expertise to resolve Quality issues within the production operation.\nEnsure that the product meets internal and external customer’s requirements at\ndefined stages of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing and,\nwhere necessary, take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues.\nReport quality issues data, ensuring the Quality Management System is adhered\nto at all stages, active participation in root cause analyses and corrective\nactions implementation to address quality issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance with\nspecifications and standards.Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to address\nquality issues.Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement\ninitiatives.Support quality control processes and proceduresMaintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activitiesParticipation in internal and external audits as requiredAbility to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of\naccuracy.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Quality Engineer.YOU MUST HAVEDegree\nas Quality Technician or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a related position in electronic industryStrong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.Knowledge of IPC A 610, EDS ANSI S20.20Strong knowledge of ExcelMeasurement devices skills (Caliper, Multimeter, Micrometer, LCR, etc.)Drawing interpretation
