Responsibilities:
-Efficiently manage and coordinate the flow of golf carts through our service department.
-Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
-Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of service orders, ensuring all necessary information is properly documented.
-Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless workflow and minimize downtime.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
-Familiarity with golf carts, their components, and common service needs is desirable.
-Proficient computer skills and experience with service management software or systems.
