Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Food Expeditor who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
Responsibilities
Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism and friendliness.
The Food Expeditor is responsible for managing the flow of dishes from the kitchen to the dining room.
This role involves collaborating with the Server assistants, culinary and serving team to ensure that dishes are promptly and accurately delivered to diners.
Supports the Servers by bussing and setting guest tables, and deliver food to guests.
Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English.
Stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift.
Strong commitment to providing quality service.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
