Tracking orders: Maintaining a system to track part orders and deliveries, and prioritizing them based on production schedules and purchase orders.Communicating with vendors: Ensuring parts are delivered accurately and on time by communicating with vendors.Coordinating deliveries: Working with warehouse staff to receive deliveries, and scheduling pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers.Managing inventory: Controlling inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies.
