This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Typical in-office schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Mondays and Fridays being virtual.

 

Foot Locker, Inc.'s Accounts Payable group is looking for an Expense Payables Specialist to join the team! The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing expense payables for our businesses in US and Europe. This position will work closely with business owners throughout the company to ensure invoices are processed within established payment terms.

Responsibilities Review all incoming invoices for appropriate approvalsProcess or upload all approved invoices timely and accuratelyResearch problem invoices or payments to resolutionExecute any special handling of expedited paymentsCommunicate with expense business owners on invoice processing questions/issuesMaintain high performance and increase departmental efficiencies through constructive suggestions to managementWork with vendors to resolve any disputes or issuesPrepare and process journal entries as needed Qualifications High School Graduate or 5+ years related experiencePeopleSoft A/P experience preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access, etc.) a plusMust be able to write routine reports and correspondenceStrong organizational, accuracy, analytical and time management skillsDemonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environmentExperience in team leadership preferred

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $19 - $22/ hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
