A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Expense Report Clerk for two month assignment in Mahway, NJ.
Responsibilities:
* The Expense Report Clerk will process expense reports for payment
* Maintain traveler profile database
* Process payments to card provider, as well as employee reimbursement for cash out of pocket
* Follow up with employees on expense report discrepancies & all outstanding expense reports
* Prepare monthly accruals for review by department lead
* Process all departmental cards
* Update and maintain company T&E policy
* Daily sales invoicing and troubleshooting of issues therein
* The Expense Report Clerk will train new hires on expense policies and procedures
* Generate reports for leadership
