You’ll be working on site with our client – one of the largest globally recognised tech brands! The Experience Ambassador will be based on reception and assist the Workplace Manager and Guest Experience Lead with operational activities in front of house, and a major part of the role is booking and managing office events and functions.
This a dynamic role and no two days are the same. This is not a typical front of house role, you will be helping out throughout the office, assisting in events and providing a strong front of house service to all staff and clients.
Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy:
Greeting clients and providing an excellent customer service: name badges, offering tea & coffee, escorting to meeting room Assist the Guest Experience Lead with general admin tasks on reception Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisationManage access badges Stocktake of current stock and ordering new stockEnsure kitchen is kept tidy and there is enough itemsManage the meeting roomsWork alongside the Experience Ambassador and PA’s to manage events for the Auckland office, as well as liaising with Wellington Concierge for NZ wide events Manage hardware assets as they arrive / keep track of the records whilst working alongside ITNgā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
This is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, retail or any other customer service/administration based role who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and facing customers. To be successful you will be a strong communicator, self-motivated and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
Proactive with a keen eye for detail.The ability to balance multiple priorities. Possess a can do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
