Key Responsibilities: Act as a Liaison to Business Partners: * Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners to understand their needs and translate them into digital strategies * Facilitate communication between business partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity Drive Strategic Application Vision: * Collaborate with the Experience Architecture team/peers and other stakeholders within the organization to shape and drive a proactive strategic application vision * Organizes content and navigation for intuitive UX * Ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives and user experience goals Develop and Maintain HCD Delivery Roadmaps: * Partner with the Manager, Experience Architecture to create and maintain HCD delivery roadmaps * Ensure the roadmaps are comprehensive, actionable, and aligned with business goals Ensure Application Adoption and Delight: * Work closely with Business Partners, Solution Architects, and internal teams to drive successful application adoption * Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience that delights users and meets business needs * Maps user personas and journeys to align user needs Support Tactical Execution and Research: * Assist in the execution of discovery and research phases to gather essential insights and feedback * Contribute to partner report-outs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged Deliver Project Accelerators: * Support the development and implementation of project accelerators, including ongoing research and business knowledge * Help reduce discovery and design timelines by providing relevant insights and tools
