Summary
The Axis team is looking for an Experience Center Coordinator to help with administrative duties within the Axis Experience Center and support the management of both customer and internal meetings. This role is an in person position in our Frisco location.
Responsibilities
Initiate invitations to meeting prospects and attendees. Provide reception desk and phone coverage. Greeting and instructing guests as determined by the lead event coordinatorManage visitor sign-in capture and badge issue process and report on number of meetings and attendees as requested.Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility at all times, before and after meetingsEnsure proper inventory food/beverage and supplies are in stockWork cohesively with Events Planning team and provide support as neededSupport the Manager, Field Marketing, and Business Area Director with lead management, budget reporting, local purchasing, and other requestsAct as the interface with the building landlordManage inbound and outbound packagesFacilitate catering servicesManage relationships with local vendorsAdditional duties as assignedEssential Skills:
Outgoing and welcoming demeanor; be a gracious hostEffectively operate as a concierge for the facility guestsEffective verbal and written communicatorQuick problem-solving skills; be prepared for emergencies with guests and with facility managementStrong attention to detailFlexible team playerEducation and Experience:
College experience or 1-2 years hospitality experience or related field desired but not required1+ years of reception experience or solid internship experiencePhysical demands
