Summary

The MCC team is looking for an Experience Center Coordinator to help with administrative duties within the Axis Experience Center and support the management of both customer and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

Initiate invitations to meeting prospects and attendees. Provide reception desk and phone coverage. Greeting and instructing guests as determined by the lead event coordinatorManage visitor sign-in capture and badge issue process and report on number of meetings and attendees as requested.Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility at all times, before and after meetingsEnsure proper inventory food/beverage and supplies are in stockWork cohesively with Events Planning team and provide support as neededSupport the Area Marketing Coordinator and Business Area Director with lead management, budget reporting, local purchasing and other requestsAct as the interface with the building landlordManage inbound and outbound packagesFacilitate catering servicesManage relationships with local hotels and vendorsAdditional duties as assigned
