Job Posting TitleExperience Designer Principal - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Experience Designer Principal partners with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership to direct the design, validation, and ongoing measurement of customer experience solutions that address customer needs and align to Prime’s strategic priorities. This position is responsible for delivering solutions that address how customers interact with Prime Therapeutics, for multiple customer types (members, clients, and health care professionals), working in all digital channels (web, mobile, chat, text, social media, etc.), and considering people, processes, and technology.
Responsibilities
Lead user experience design practices and projects to create deliverables that emphasize superior experiences, solving for multiple audiences – members, current and prospective clients, prescribers, pharmacists, and employees.Apply Customer Experience findings – what people see, think, feel and do at key points in their journey – to influence and iterate on solution prototypesLead cross-functional teams to ideate and create tangible solutions through collaborative brainstorming, design, rapid prototyping, and testing/validationContribute to a multi-year Consumer Digital roadmap; monitor market changes, new technologies, and changing customer needs that could impact the planTrack and analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs and metrics to measure solution effectiveness and to drive continual improvementInfluence and engage employees, leaders and decision makers, aligning Prime employee behaviors and initiatives to our User Experience Design approachOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in interactive design, psychology, marketing, business, or related area of study, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required8 years of work experience in User Experience Design, across more than one customer interaction channel (e.g. web, mobile, chat, text, social media, etc.)Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.Additional Qualifications
An active listener and experienced facilitator who can use various methods to run constructive design discussions, leveraging personas, and engage cross-functional teams.Experience in human-centered user research techniques and methodologies, including ethnography and other discovery methods to understand and clearly convey people’s needs, goals, mental models and behavior patternsStrong business and strategic acumen, with evidence of achieving results in complex settingsAbility to analyze and interpret digital metrics to inform experience design priorities. Strong ability to influence in a way that leads to collaboration and alignmentDemonstrated visual design skillsPreferred Qualifications
