Our HR Innovation & Experience team is seeking an Experience Generalist to support a variety of recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives that help attract top talent to UPMC. In this role, you’ll assist with digital advertising efforts, manage job seeker-facing content, help inform various candidate touchpoints, update employer brand pages, and contribute to various marketing strategies. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment marketing while helping to elevate UPMC’s employer brand.

Responsibilities:

Support various recruitment marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert top talent Assist in managing the UPMC careers website, job boards, and social media platforms Assist with content sourcing and creation for job seeker-facing materials and candidate touchpoints such as emails, employer brand pages, social media, recruitment marketing campaigns, and more to engage and attract top talent Work on various social and digital marketing campaigns, programmatic advertising, and other recruitment marketing solutions, collaborating with external vendors as needed Conduct various research and gather insights to inform strategies and marketing efforts Understand the needs, motivations, and emotions of customers and our internal and external audiences to drive work and deliver outcomes   Support strategies to improve the candidate experience  Support the coordination and tracking of various projects, ensuring smooth execution across tasks such as project planning, platform management, reporting, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines and achieve defined objectives with high-quality Serve as a collaborative partner and aid in creating the best experiences for our customers, employees, and candidates by proactively seeking and sharing insights and taking a people-first approach
