Our HR Innovation & Experience team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Experience Generalist to join our crew to help oversee various projects spanning Talent Acquisition, HR, and systemwide initiatives.
As an Experience Generalist, you'll be hands-on in supporting key systemwide initiatives through sourcing and sharing employee stories, elevating our careers channels such as the UPMC Careers blog, building solid processes and project management tools for our HR Innovation & Experience team, managing content for internal communications, and more.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Support strategies to improve the experience of HR, customers, employees, and candidates, both internal and external.
+ Support efforts to source employee stories through new and existing venues, in addition to writing and developing content for internal and external platforms.
+ Support efficient project management processes, including planning, coordinating employee engagement connections, developing effective reporting, and meeting deadlines with quality objectives.
+ Oversee, organize and lead content, digital media, and asset management.
+ Serve as a collaborative partner and aid in creating the best experiences for our customers, employees, and candidates by proactively seeking and sharing insight and taking a people-first approach.
+ Work with varying groups across the organization to uncover opportunities for improvement and consult on how insight gained can impact employment brand and communication strategy
+ Assist with the identification and distribution of content using relevant tools across various social channels
+ Understand the needs, motivations, and emotions of customers and our internal and external audiences in order to drive work and outcomes.
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field and one year related experience required.
+ OR Associates Degree/High School Diploma/GED and three years of professional related experience required.
+ Passion for creating great experiences for others through a people-focused approach to work.
+ Highly organized, creative, timely, and possesses strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
+ Self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, assist with projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in evolving environments, and is an agent of change.
+ Experienced with the Microsoft Suite of products and the ability to learn new technology quickly
